Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse the site like a shopping cart, once your order is submitted we will assign you an account rep who will contact you, or give us a call and we will put together a customized project for you based on your needs.
Q: How long does a project take?
A: That depends on the scope of the project. We will first complete the logo portion of a project, which usually takes 5-7 business days. All other aspects are quoted during pre-planning.
Q: Do I get electronic copies of the artwork?
A: Yes, once your account is paid in full, you will recieve your files via e-mail (JPEGs or PDF's)
Q: What methods of payments do you accept?
A: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards through PayPal as well as Cash.
Q: What if I want services outside of your startup kit?
A: Of course, whether you want one service or more, we can customize a start up kit for you.
