From the time you purchase our services, z2 squared is hard at work for you. We have designed a three step process to ensure your needs are being caterered to at every stage of the project and that you will be satisfied with the end results.
The three steps are:
Step 1: Pre-Planning
The first step is about working with the client. Before any work is started, it is very important to make sure we are on the same page and we completely understand your needs and goals. You will be assigned an account rep who will be your point of contact and will gather all the information we will need to move forward.
Step 2: Implementation
Your account rep will assign the required tasks to the proper creative talents and implement the project as layed out during Pre-Planning. You will be updated with the progress and will be able to review for comments and approvals.
Step 3: Delivery
This is when you approve your final designs and/or other work. We provide you with the electronic files (usually in PDF or JPEG format). Once your job is completed you can call your Account Rep at any time with changes and we can bill you on an hourly rate.
