Terms & Conditions of Service:

The following terms & conditions apply to all products and/or services purchased on this web site. The term “ z2 Squared,LLC” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the web site. The term “you” or “the client” refers to the purchaser of services.

z2 Squared,LLC  may change these terms at any time by updating this page.

Satisfaction:

z2 Squared is committed to the satisfaction of its clients. If the client is not satisfied with the progress of their project, we will do everything we can (within the scope of the work we have been hired for) to ensure the clients satisfaction.

Payments:

Client shall pay the project fee(s) in full prior to the start of the project or as othwerwise agreed in writing..

Proof Sign Off:

All final proof corrections are the responsibility of the client, z2 Squared holds NO responsibility for the final

content and wording. We require a final sign off in writing (e-mail or hard copy) before any job can be sent to print.

Consultancy:

Consultancy time is charged at $150.00 for the initial hour and can be put towards a contract once you move forward with a project. Unless otherwise agreed the minimum charge per job is 75.00 (.5hr work).  Discounts can be negotiated for bulk or ongoing work, please ask for details

Copyright and Ownership:

Copyright and ownership of graphics and web pages will remain with z2 Squared and will not be released until payment is made in full.

All work is carried out by z2 Squared on the understanding that the client has agreed to z2 Squared's terms and conditions.

Printing Specific Information:

Our printers specialize in gang run print jobs unless otherwise stated. Color Critical jobs must be submitted clearly noted as Color Critical, and must be accompanied by a request for Color Proof or Match Print. Color Proofs are not included in our base cost schedule and will incur an additional charge. Printing prices for a dedicated press run will also vary from those advertised. Please take special care to clearly indicate a job as Color Critical so that special attention can be given to that job. Z2 SQUARED, LLC will not be liable for color variations which are common when printing gang runs unless a JOB is clearly identified as Color Critical from the onset.

Our standard policy is for an up to 7% allowance for over- runs or under-runs. This means that the order you receive may range from 4650 to 5350 flyers. Standard flyer orders received by 5pm est. Monday through Friday (major holidays excluded) enter production that same business day. Once an order enters the production process it can not be canceled. Once it enters this process we can not issue a refund. Full or partial refunds will only be issued in the event of a mistake by Z2 SQUARED, LLC and this will be determined on a per case basis by management.
